Eight Bell Public House
on Thursday 8th May 2008
Annual General Meeting

ordinary meeting.

The Chair person (Kate Sarley) welcomed
everyone to the meeting. The minutes of the last AGM were read
and confirmed as a true record.
Treasurer
Report: Jane Chambers gave her report for the last financial year.
Kate thanked
Jane Chambers for doing the job of Treasurer. He asked the
Committee to adopt the accounts – adopted.
