Parents and Scouts & Cubs needed to help the Supporters Group

Duties will be: cooking of Burgers, Sausages and serving hot and cold drinks
Assemble at 10.00hrs near the Cricket Hut. Finish at approx. 15.00hrs

We are supporting the River Stour Trust with this big event. 240 boats i.e. Kayaks and Canadian Canoes will be paddling from Sudbury to Bures

All proceeds to Scout Group Funds

Cubs, Beavers, Leaders and Parents to attend Service at Primary School for Remembrance Day Service.

Full Uniform, poppy and coat needed

Afterwards meet outside Post Office (approx. 11.20am) to parade with Scouts to War Memorial.

Finish at 11.45am outside War Memorial

Bures Scout Group will be raffling off four hampers. Each section will provide items for their chosen hampers: Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Explorers. The money raised will go to our Million Hands CharitySEESAW.

All parents of the Scout Group and members of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to help sort out Jumble/Bric-a-Brac in the morning from 10am-12 noon.

Serve customers from 2pm-4pm.

Full Uniform needed.

Parents to help serve customers as well and help with clearing up.

All done by 5pm
