1. Telephone Site Warden Paul Snelling on (01787) 370301 or email: paulsnelling@orange.net for confirmation of available dates etc.

2. Send Deposit and make a Cheque payable to: 1st Bures Scout Group.

3. Send cheque, confirmation letter of camping dates, your expected arrival and departure times etc and SAE to:
Paul Snelling, 24 Layzell Croft, Great Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 0JY within seven days of confirmation.

Weekend Camp over 2 nights  £30.00

Bank Holiday weekend 3 nights  £40.00

Bank Holiday weekend 3 nights and hire of Scout Headquarters Hall  £50.00

Weekend Camp over 2 nights and hire of Scout Headquarters Hall  £40.00

Week Summer Camp over 7 nights  £50.00

Note: All deposits are non-returnable.

Please note: For one night camping there is a minimum charge of £30.00 for small groups.
