GROUP AGM

The Supporters Group AGM held in October was a poor turnout for parents of children in the group – only four turned up, out of a total of 80! Group and section accounts were signed. Group section reports were read out by Leaders.

CHAIR PERSON & SECRETARY NEEDED

Kate Mitchell gave us a notice of one year as she will be standing down as Chairperson. We are now looking for another Chairperson and also a Secretary for the Supporters Group. If you are interested in taking over these very important positions (male or female) – please contact Paul or Kate and we can tell you what is involved.

Extension Update

The plans have been passed to four builders - who are currently quoting on the job. Once the Architect gets them back - we will know the full cost of the project and it is hoped for a start date next year. In the meantime, we have got to move the Pioneering rack (poles) next to the new storage shed. We will need some help in digging out the legs and repositioning it – I will be contacting a few parents about this.
