How to book in 4 easy steps

- Deposit and make a cheque payable to: 1st Bures Scout Group or Send BACS to Group Treasurer.
- Send Booking Form post/email with cheque or inform of BACS to Site Warden to Paul Snelling, Site Warden, 24 Layzell Croft, Great Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 0JY.
- Confirmation will be via email:
PDF attachment information when cheque has arrived. No cheque, No BACS – No confirmation. - If deposit cheque or BACS does not arrive – your camp date will be re-allocated to another group.
Deposit Charges
- Weekend Camp 2 nights £50.00
- Bank Holiday weekend 3 nights £70.00
- Bank Holiday weekend 3 nights and hire of Headquarters Hall £100.00
- Weekend Camp over 2 nights and hire of Headquarters Hall £80.00
- Week Summer Camp 7 nights £200.00
Note: All deposits are non-returnable.
For one night camping there is a minimum charge of £40.00 for small groups.
