How to book in 4 easy steps

1. Telephone Site Warden Paul Snelling on (01787) 370301
   Mobile: 07817 463331 or email: paulsnelling78@gmail.com for confirmation of available date etc.
2. Fill out Booking Form
3. Deposit via BACS to Group Treasurer.
4. Send Booking Form post/email and inform of BACS to Site Warden to Paul Snelling, 24 Layzell Croft, Great Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 0JY.

• Confirmation will be via email:
  PDF attachment information when deposit is in our Bank Account. No BACS – No confirmation.
• If deposit BACS does not arrive – your camp date will be re-allocated to another group.

Deposit Charges

• Weekend Camp 2 nights £50.00
• Bank Holiday weekend 3 nights £70.00
• Bank Holiday weekend 3 nights and hire of Headquarters Hall £100.00
• Weekend Camp over 2 nights and hire of Headquarters Hall £80.00
• Week Summer Camp 7 nights £200.00

Note: All deposits are non-returnable.

For one night camping there is a minimum charge of £40.00 for small groups.
